The following cancer clearing exercises were passed on to me by one of the most incredible healers I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. This doctor, who was also a naturopath and homeopath, treated cancer patients successfully every day for over 20 years. He knew that to truly heal and to prevent a cancer from returning, a person had to remove the emotional cause of their cancer or illness. Negative emotions, apart from their detrimental effects on our immune system, create a blockage of energy in the body which can cause a tumour to form. If that tumour is fed more negativity, whether it be through diet or emotions, the tumour will continue to live off this.
As a naturopath I have treated thousands of people all over the world and one thing that I have learnt in my experience is that illness is not purely physical, there is nearly always an emotional connection to cancer and chronic disease. I now realize through my own experience as both a cancer survivor and a naturopath, that most of us have some type of hurt in our lives that we push deep down inside of ourselves so we don’t feel the pain. Other people may simply choose to live with this pain, anger or sadness in their lives. At some stage, this emotional trauma needs to be released to allow our life energy to flow clearly again.
Saying the following affirmations and doing the exercises with your own fingers reaches the depths of your subconscious mind, clearing deep-seated problems and pains, and creating new positive long-term changes and beliefs. Many psychologists use these types of techniques as a deep cleansing process for past emotional pain and trauma. Holding onto grief, pain, resentments and anger is a definite recipe for developing cancer and preventing its ultimate cure.
• I am eliminating all of the sadness in all of the roots – and the deepest cause – of all of this problem. (Tap with your index finger above the eyebrow, close to the nose.)
• I am eliminating all of the fear in all of the roots – and the deepest cause – of all of this problem. (Tap with your index finger below the eyebrow, close to the nose.)
• I am eliminating all of the anger in all of the roots – and the deepest cause – of all of this problem. (Tap with your index finger above the other eyebrow, close to the nose.)
• I am eliminating all of the emotional trauma in all of the roots – and the deepest cause – of all of this problem. (Tap the thumb and little finger together at least five times.)
• I forgive myself and I know that I am/was doing the best that I can/could. (Tap the two index fingers together, at least five times.)
• I forgive you (Mum, Dad, Paul, Peter etc.) and I know that you are/were doing the best that you can/could. (Do three circles around the outside of the ear with the index finger.)
